Ans: An Identifier Name is like a username, and it contains numbers, letters, and dashes. It is only used to log into your wallet. Your StakeCoin address can be found in your Wallet Information in Settings. A StakeCoin address is what you share with others when you want to receive funds.
Question: How do I receive/send stakecoin?
Ans:To receive stakecoin, the sender needs your stakecoin address. To send stakecoin, click Send, enter the recipient’s stakecoin address in the ‘STCN Address’ field and how much you want to send.
Question:How do I know a transaction has been successfully received/sent?
Ans: Transactions will appear almost instantly in your transaction feed which you can find on the left navigation of the wallet. Your transaction is considered complete once it has received 3 network confirmations. This typically takes about 30 minutes, but can vary. Until then your transaction will show up as pending.
Question:Can Stakechain see or access my funds?
Ans: We are a noncustodial wallet and do not have access to your stakecoins. This means we cannot view your total balance, make payments on your behalf, or prevent you from accessing your wallet. With a stakechain wallet, you retain complete ownership of your stakecoin.
